What it is.
The CP24 is CAN-Phantom's current model. It stops the engine starting until you enter a PIN using the car's own buttons and switches, so a cloned, relayed or stolen key alone can't drive it away.
New from CAN-Phantom, your phone can stand in for the PIN. Phone Fob unlocks the immobiliser from the CAN-Phantom app when you're in range of the car. Walk Up Unlock goes further: unlock your phone with face or fingerprint recognition within a set distance of the car, and the immobiliser unlocks so you can start and drive.
It works on 12 and 24-volt vehicles, from cars and vans to lorries and tractors. CAN-Phantom doesn't carry Thatcham approval and says so openly, so tell us if your insurer asks for a Thatcham-rated system.

CAN-Phantom describes the CP24 as a CAN-bus immobiliser for 12 V and 24 V vehicles. Compatibility is checked by make and model before fitting.

Press your chosen sequence on the car's own buttons, such as steering-wheel controls or window switches. Or unlock it from the app with Phone Fob, or simply walk up with Walk Up Unlock.

01Can I use my phone instead of the PIN?
Yes. With Phone Fob, you open the CAN-Phantom app when you're in range of the car and unlock the immobiliser from there. The PIN on the car's own buttons still works too.
02What is Walk Up Unlock?
A new CAN-Phantom feature: unlock your phone with face or fingerprint recognition within a set distance of the car, and the immobiliser unlocks so you can start it. Tell us your phone when you ask for a quote and we'll confirm it works with yours.
03Is CAN-Phantom Thatcham approved?
No, and CAN-Phantom says so itself. If your insurer asks for a Thatcham-certified immobiliser, the Pandora Microbot holds Thatcham Category 2e.
04Can a garage move the car without my PIN?
Yes. A valet PIN lets garages and car washes drive it without you handing over your own PIN.
05Will it fit my van?
It works on 12 V and 24 V systems, so most vans and commercials are covered. We check your exact vehicle first.
06How long does fitting take?
CAN-Phantom says under two hours for most vehicles. We'll give you a time with your quote.
