Shield tracks the vehicle and alerts your phone, but there's no monitoring centre: you're the one watching.
It isn't insurance approved, so it suits vehicles where the insurer hasn't asked for a tracker, or a small fleet watched from one login.

The subscription.
Meta Trak's published prices, VAT included, excluding the device and fitting. A new fit includes a 1- or 3-year subscription. Subscriptions aren't refundable and don't pass to a new owner.
We sell the Meta Trak subscription as well as fitting the tracker, so the monitoring is set up in one place.

01Will my insurer accept Shield?
Not if they've asked for an approved tracker. Shield isn't insurance approved; the S7 ATS or S5 VTS are.
